You set the customer plan for your AI-operated service. MinuteWork enforces a platform floor so the business can cover the tenant runtime, metered usage, and operator earnings share.

Platform floor

Minimum customer tenant floor: $20/customer tenant/month
Metered usage: AI tokens, storage, runtime usage, and similar costs
Operator earnings share: 10% of what you charge customers

You cannot price a customer plan below the platform floor. Above that floor, you decide the offer and keep the upside.

Operator economics

You own the customer plan. MinuteWork takes 10% of what customers pay.

Your customer pricing should cover the platform floor, expected usage, and your margin. MinuteWork's incentive is aligned with yours: if your customers do not pay, we do not earn the earnings share.

Why is build quoted instead of flat-priced?

Because build scope depends on the business. A simple workflow may need a few agents and a customer surface. A more complex workflow may need files, approvals, integrations, storage, and more runtime logic.

Why can MinuteWork build cheaper than general AI coding tools?

MinuteWork is not rebuilding the whole platform for every operator. It composes from existing primitives for tenants, agents, workflows, intake, customer surfaces, files, billing, storage, and runtime.

Do operators pay a monthly fee?

Not a generic monthly software fee. After launch, customer plans cover the runtime floor and usage. MinuteWork also takes a 10% earnings share from customer revenue.

Can I charge customers less than $20/month?

No. Customer plans must cover at least the $20/customer tenant/month platform floor, plus any metered usage required by the business.

Who sets the customer price?
